The training and conditioning protocols found in your personal program are based on the workouts I coach professional athletes through. They are only varied so they meet the demands of urban living. This means each exercise is designed for maximum progression but still feasible in a basic gym environment. 

Remember, it’s my mission to provide anyone with the drive and passion to unlock their best self, with the tools to live legendary. Which is why this program is packed with years of advice and secrets I’ve learned from working with the best of the best. 

The program has scientific progressions built in three week microcycles. These cycles progress as you progress and respond to the data you input after each workout. 

These exercises walk you through workouts professional athletes use to get stronger and faster, and yet they are accessible and non-intimidating. Each exercise also includes video demonstrations to reduce the chances of injury.

The Strength and Stamina Coaching Program includes:

  • A Daily Schedule - This includes reminders so you know exactly what you should be doing and eating each day. 
  • Gender-Centric Workouts - Men and women are different with unique exercise needs.  BDFIT tailors to these specific needs
  • Weekly Education- Every Wednesday you will receive a coaching video from Brad giving you tips and biohacks to get even better results from your training.
  • Video Coaching - Every exercise has an accompanying video to ensure you’re performing each correctly, which minimizes injuries. 
  • Sets, Reps, Tempo, Rest Periods - These are the 4 most important variables that dictate the success or failure of each individual workout.  BDFIT manages these variables within each exercise of every workout.
