The program has scientific progressions built in three week microcycles. These cycles progress as you progress and respond to the data you input after each workout.
These exercises walk you through workouts professional athletes use to get stronger and faster, and yet they are accessible and non-intimidating. Each exercise also includes video demonstrations to reduce the chances of injury.
